The hotel was conveniently located and had easy access to the pool, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were comfortable, but some chairs were ripped. I faced issues with appliances not working properly during my stay, which I reported to reception. The service was excellent, especially from David at the Plaza bar. However, there were some disturbances during meals. The location offered beautiful views but had some issues with smoke from the Wonderbar. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of choices. Facilities were adequate.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms in block 14 had beautiful sea views, were very clean and modern, with a great shower. However, there was some overhead noise from guests returning from the late bar one evening. The location is a bit isolated among other hotel resorts, but you can walk along the beach to town. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options for all meals. The service was good, but they seemed short staffed at times. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with minor inconveniences.

The hotel offers a great entertainment scene with a variety of shows every night. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff throughout the complex. However, there were some noise issues in the evenings and the loud music made it difficult to sleep before midnight.
